“Last time they closed for a week I gained 30 pounds and yelled weird things at myself in the car.”

-FL insurance pros reacting to the FISCE’s week off

We’re back! After a week off the FISCE is open, abuzz and ready for business, baby! *If we were you we’d admit how much we missed us, too! (*I hope you enjoyed reading this mind-bending sentence as much as I enjoyed penning it.)

It’s a fine week to be at the FISCE and we’re excited to share it with you. A few helpful resources, highlights of this week’s events, and our full-month schedule are below.

See me live! Our pals at the Latin American Association of Insurance Agencies (LAAIA) have graciously invited yours truly to teach a few sessions at their annual convention this week in Hollywood. If you’re onsite (and I hope you are because the LAAIA convo is fire) please say hello. I maaaaaaaaaaaayyyy just have a few of our legendary FISCE t-shirts to giveaway if you ask nicely 😊

THE “F5” (FASCINATING FACTOID FOR FANATICAL FLORIDIANS) –

Each year over a million people cross the Dunedin Causeway (just north of Clearwater). But why? Where the %^&* are they going? WHAT DO THEY KNOW THAT I DON’T KNOW???!!!

Their destination – Honeymoon Island State Park – entertains more annual visitors than any of the other 160+ parks in Florida’s state system.

Like the other locations in our state’s awesome park network, a visit to the HISP is a cheap way to take in some fresh air, interesting history, and beautiful natural scenery. This park is known for gorgeous beaches, shelling, bird-watching, and many other amenities that make the Sunshine State’s park system the envy of the country. Have you been?
