Insurance CE is regulated by the Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) and requirements vary by licensee.

For U.S. Virgin Islands Licensees

Insurance CE is regulated by the Division of Banking, Insurance and Financial Regulation.

General information on requirements can be found through the Division’s website here.

CE is managed through State-Based Systems (SBS) and the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). Licensees needing assistance setting up an account to manage CE should contact SBS directly at sbshelp@naic.org or by calling the NAIC Service Desk at (816) 783-8500. Licensees may also contact the Licensing section of the Division of Banking, Insurance, and Financial Regulation by calling (340)774-2991 on St. Thomas or (340)773-6449 on St. Croix or visit ltg.gov.vi.
