REMINDERS/ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • Great months (but stink for CE). Year-end renewals and the holidays top the list of reasons why NOV and DEC are lousy months to stress about CE compliance. Fortunately we still have a few September options and MANY opportunities in October to check “get CE compliant” off your list! Set a goal to get it done before stuff really hits the fan!

  • Transfer at NO COST. Regardless of the reason, if you register for a Webinar and can’t attend you do not lose your money. At the FISCE transfers are free and can be initiated before or after your missed Webinar.

  • Get the latest happenings, get compliant: take a 4-hour Law & Ethics Update Webinar. Our schedule is packed with Webinars that fulfill the requirement for P&C licensees, Life/Health licensees, and All-Lines Claims Adjuster licensees. Keep scrolling to see the schedule.

THE “F5” (FASCINATING FACTOID FOR FANATICAL FLORIDIANS) –

Contrary to popular belief lighting CAN strike the same spot twice. In no part of the US is the more evident then right here in the Sunshine State.

According to environmental tech firm AEM, Florida retained its spot as the top state for the number of lightning strikes per square mile in 2024, besting other bolt-happy stalwarts like Louisiana, Oklahoma and Kansas.

The honor of highest “flash density” - a measurement of the number of strikes per square mile – goes to St. Lucie County. Rounding out the electric top 5 are Broward, Hendry, Indian River and Orange counties.
